Privacy Policy for Online Courses

Effective October 15, 2026.

This school at www.trainvfds.com is operated by Wayward Leaders LLC. This page is an addendum to the full Wayward Leaders Privacy Policy at https://waywardleaders.com/privacy-policy, which applies here and is incorporated by reference, including your rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. This page explains what is specific to the online courses.

  1. What we collect on this site

Account details: your name, email address, and login. Optional sign up details: company, job role, industry, and how many VFDs are at your site. Learning records: course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz answers and scores, and certificates. Order records: what you bought, when, and limited billing details. Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed, collected by the platform to run and secure the site. If you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or Apple, we receive your name and email from that service.

  1. Who processes it

Thinkific Labs Inc. hosts this school and stores your account and learning records on our behalf. Thinkific Payments, powered by Stripe, processes payments; we never see or store your full card number. Our other service providers are listed in the main Privacy Policy.

  1. How we use it

To run your account and give you access to what you bought; to track progress, grade quizzes, and issue certificates; to send receipts, account notices, and course updates; to manage team licenses; to understand which courses and lessons help people so we can improve them; and, unless you opt out, to tell you about new courses, training, and resources.

  1. Team licenses

If your employer purchased your seat, we may share your enrollment, progress, quiz completion, and certificate status with the person who manages that team license. We do not share your individual quiz answers beyond pass or fail and score unless the team license agreement says so.

  1. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising. We do not publish your name or company without your written consent.
